Roofing Systems

Shingle and Metal,
Installed to Outlast You.

Joseph has spent years on roofs: tearing off what failed, installing what lasts, and seeing up close why the difference matters. J&J treats your roof as a system, decking to ridge, because that is what keeps water out for decades instead of seasons.

What This Covers

  • Architectural and 3-tab shingleFull replacements and repairs, installed to manufacturer spec so the warranty on the box actually means something.
  • Metal roof systemsStanding seam and exposed-fastener metal, the roof you buy once. Joseph installs metal systems and knows where they earn their keep.
  • Repairs and leak chasingWater travels before it shows. J&J finds where it starts, not just where it drips, and fixes the cause.
  • The rest of the envelopeWindows and insulation are part of how a roof performs. When the job calls for it, J&J handles those too, one crew, one standard.

Before Anyone Climbs a Ladder

Start With Your Roof’s Real Size

Type your address into the measurement tool on our home page and get your roof’s footprint from public building records in seconds. It rides along with your quote request, so the first conversation with J&J starts with data instead of guesswork.

Questions, Answered

Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?

Both. If a repair honestly solves it, that is what J&J will tell you. Replacement gets recommended when patching would just be renting time.

Shingle or metal: how do I choose?

Shingle costs less up front and is the right call for plenty of homes. Metal costs more once and tends to be the last roof a building needs. Joseph walks the property, looks at the structure and your plans for the place, and gives you a straight recommendation either way.

Will insurance cover my roof damage?

That depends on your policy and what happened, and your insurer decides it, not us. What J&J can do is document the damage thoroughly when we inspect, so you have what you need for the conversation.
