Is my job too small?
No. Repair lists and one-room jobs are real work and they get the same standard as the big ones. Send the request; you will get a straight answer either way.
How does the estimate work?
You send the request, J&J walks the property with you, and you get a written scope and price. No mystery line items, and no surprises that were not discussed first.
Who is actually on my job site?
J&J is two brothers who do the estimating, the scheduling, and the work itself. When trades are brought in for a specialty, J&J manages them and answers for the result.
