Two to three weeks is comfortable. Summer Saturdays, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day go fast, so if your date is one of those, reach out early. The calendar above is live, so you can see for yourself.
Level ground with about five feet of clear room on every side and nothing overhead, no low limbs or power lines. The Ninja combo needs roughly 20 by 32 feet with the pool. The castle fits in about 20 by 20. Grass is best because we can stake into it. Concrete, asphalt and packed dirt work too; we anchor with sandbags. We need a path from the truck to the spot through a gate at least four feet wide.
Yes. A standard outlet within about 100 feet of the unit, on a circuit that is not already loaded up. No power at the site? Add the generator option and we bring one.
A regular garden hose spigot is all we need. We bring the hose. Rather run it dry? No problem and no change in price, say the word at setup.
Yes. It is built for adults and kids, up to six at a time. Grown-ups and little ones should take separate turns, same as always.
With the rules, yes. Everyone wears the safety glasses we bring, every time, no exceptions. Ages eight and up. The gel beads are soft and burst on contact, it feels like a flick, not a hit, and they are water-based, so they dissolve into the grass and there is nothing to clean up. No shooting at faces, no shooting anyone who is not playing, and an adult stays with the group.
Inflatables have to come down in sustained wind around 15 to 20 mph and in lightning. If the forecast looks bad we call you the day before and you move your date at no charge. If weather rolls in mid-event we take the unit down and reschedule you. We never leave a unit standing in a storm.
Standard is four to six hours. All-day is an add-on. Overnight is available at fenced or otherwise secured locations only. Weekday rates are lower if your date is flexible.
A deposit holds your date and comes off the balance. The rest is due at delivery. Cancel for weather and we refund it or roll it to your new date.
Yes. If your venue, church, school or park needs a certificate of insurance naming them, tell us at least a week ahead and we will send it.
